Unitree has set the issue price for its initial public offering on Shanghai's STAR Market at 150.80 yuan per share, following an online subscription that opened on 10 August 2026 and for which payment was due no later than 12 August. The offering covered 10 % of post-issue capital.

At that price, post-listing market capitalisation comes to around 60.99 billion yuan, or nearly $9.04 billion. The valuation multiple stands at 219.23 times earnings, against a sector average of 38.56 times in general-purpose equipment manufacturing.

Strategic placement and shareholders

Under the strategic placement, DeepSeek is among the subscribers, with a 36-month lock-up period.

On the shareholder register, Meituan holds around 9.65 %, making it the largest external institutional shareholder. HSG (formerly Sequoia China) holds 7.11 %.

Where the revenue comes from

Humanoid sales reached 867.8 million yuan in 2025, more than half of total revenue of 1.699 billion yuan. The humanoid segment thus becomes the group's largest, ahead of quadrupeds. Sales in the United States account for 13.3 % of 2025 revenue.
