Value chain
Sequence of value-creating stages from design through to deployment.
Sequence of stages and players that add value to a product or service, from raw material through to the end customer. In humanoid robotics, it refers to the split between the hardware layer (chassis, actuators) and the software layer (foundation models, training pipeline), with economic value concentrating in the latter.
